Booking

A $100 retainer fee is due at booking to hold your date and time. The retainer fee is non-refundable and is applied to your balance.

I will confirm your booking at least 48 hours ahead of time by phone or email.

Services

If a session has more than one location drive time will not be deducted from the shooting time of your session.

Under the circumstances a session goes over the allotted time frame, there is no extra charge added but a cutoff time of 30 minutes.

All final edited images are sent to you in a digital gallery at full resolution within a week of your session. You can download and print these images if the print release has been signed at booking. Galleries will expire after 30 days and a fee may be required to post again. 

I retain the copyright to all imagery and reserve the right to use it for display, promotional/marketing purposes. The client understands and agrees that it is not buying the images but is paying only for a license to use the image.

Images should not be altered. The client will not make or permit any alterations, including, but not limited to, filters, additions, subtractions, or adaptations, for the Image(s), alone or with any other material, without the prior express permission of the Photographer. Portrait sessions include editing which consists of changes to the color, crop, contrast, & exposure at the photographer’s discretion.

I do not give out RAW or unedited images, as they do not reflect my work.

Prices & Terms

All prices shown within the Photographer’s price list are subject to change without prior notice. The Photographer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

Failure To Perform

If I am unable to supply photographic services due to illness, mechanical breakdown, accident, acts of God, or any other cause beyond our control, I will attempt to procure the services of another professional photographer to fulfill our obligations. If that does not succeed, I will return any fees paid by the Client and will have no further liability for this agreement, and will not be responsible or liable for any other damages beyond the amount of this agreement.

This limitation of liability will also apply if any Image is lost or damaged through equipment malfunction, or otherwise, without the fault of the Photographer.

Cancellation/Reschedule

Life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule the first one is on us. I will hold the retainer fee so you can easily reschedule. If a booking must be canceled or rescheduled for a second time, another retainer fee will be required to hold an appointment.
